  • Added public developer documentation for the existing early-access REST API, MCP tools, API keys and OAuth connections.
  • Published a build-time API reference, OpenAPI JSON and plain-text documentation for agents.
  • API access remains limited to enabled accounts. This documentation release does not open the public-api flag.
  • Documented GET /api/v1/levels and its dedicated levels:read scope from #2805. Public explanation pages remain a separate release.
